No continuous emergency availability is implied. Availability, response responsibilities and any support during a live situation must be explicitly agreed.
Do participants need technical expertise?
Executive exercises are designed for the decisions participants actually own. Technical detail is introduced where it affects an operational or leadership choice.
Can we use a recent incident as the scenario?
Yes, provided its use is appropriate and confidential information is handled as agreed. The exercise should focus on learning and improving the response.
