Can you guarantee the identity of a threat actor?
Attribution can remain uncertain. We distinguish facts, hypotheses and confidence levels and do not turn an uncorroborated claim into a definitive accusation.
Is this a continuous monitoring service?
The initial engagement is a defined research mission. Any ongoing monitoring, reporting frequency or escalation arrangement requires a separate agreed scope.
